Sprint has announced that it will release the Quad HD LG G3 on July 18. The carrier will have the exclusive 'Shine Gold' model and it will support its high-speed Spark network.
LG has stepped up its game when it comes to the company's smartphones and tablets. The LG G2 was a huge hit for the company and the company is planning to follow up on that success with the LG G3. The smartphone is the first Quad HD-equipped handset to ship in the U.S. It packs in a very high-resolution 5.5-inch 2560 x 1440 display, easily outdoing Samsung and HTC's 1080p flagship Galaxy S5 and HTC One M8 smartphones.
When LG announced the G3 in May, U.S. smartphone fans have been waiting to get their hands on the device. Sprint subscribers now know when they can expect to be able to purchase the highly anticipated smartphone.

The Sprint LG G3 features a 5.5-inch 2560 x 1440 QHD display with a super sharp pixel density of 538 pixels per inch (ppi). The handset is powered by a snappy 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset and 3GB of RAM to make processor intensive apps and games run silky smooth. It will have a high-end 13-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus and 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera for video chats and selfiies.
The LG G3 will ship with 32GB of internal storage and microSD expansion slot that will support up to 128GB microSD cards. It will run Android 4.4 KitKat and pack in a large removable 3,000 mAh battery.
The Sprint LG G3 is powered by Sprint Spark, which gives the smartphone advanced network capabilities and wireless speeds of up to 60MBPS. It's also equipped with HD Voice capabilities, which produces crystal clear voice calls.
Sprint will begin taking pre-orders for the LG G3 beginning on July 11. The carrier will offer the LG G3 for $0 down and 24 monthly payments of $25.
