The non-profit group March for Life won a lawsuit filed against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for its failure to exempt the group from the contraceptive mandate. The antiabortion organization March for Life opposes contraception based on moral and not religious grounds, and is the reason why it was denied of exemption in the first place. Ruling judge Richard J. Leon, however, pointed out that March for Life is a pro-life group and in the sense should be exempted from the mandate.
