Around 500 million Twitter users with accounts don't log on to the site/app to check up on what's trending in the world, and the social media company has decided to finally utilize this fact to its most beneficial degree: after a year since it announced plans to do so, Twitter will monetize logged-out accounts with promoted tweets in the U.
