It's pretty surprising that a game that's all about customization doesn't allow you to do much in terms of tinkering with your Sims' heights, but there is no official height slider as part of The Sims 4. Thankfully, a new height mod released this week will finally allow you to adjust how tall your Sims appear, making your teens look even teen-ier in the process.
A modder who goes by the username simmythesim recently created a height slider for The Sims 4. The mod, which you can download here, allows you to make teenage Sims older, taller or shorter — simply by clicking and dragging the feet of the Sim in the Create A Sim mode. The foot size of your Sim will not be modified.
This mod also includes a feature to make your existing teens shorter to better distinguish them from your adult Sims. They will then grow as they age into adults.
Simmythesim, who previously gained some attention for creating a hotel mod and a cinema mod for The Sims 4, is also working on adding a height slider for children, according to the post about the height slider mod. And why shouldn't you be able to re-enact your own personal awkward, too-early growth spurt in the world of The Sims?
