Render Of Reported Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Case Hints Of Possible Design

The Galaxy Note 5 is expected to arrive in early September and, as such, a number of rumors have been surfacing every now and then regarding the handset's design and specs.

The latest one has so far revealed what should be expected from the upcoming Note flagship when it comes to its actual design.

Apart from being speculated as another powerhouse device, the leaked render of the Note 5's case suggests that it will bear the rugged design akin to its cousins from the Active lineup. The purported images appeared in the French site Nowhereelse showing how details on the upcoming Note 5's design can be viewed from almost every angle.

The images show that the Note 5 will have a cutout storage place for the stylus, which should be at the bottom right part of the device if it will be held while the display is facing up.

The top part seems bare while the side and the bottom can be seen with ports and buttons. Unlike its older siblings, which had their loud speakers nestled at the back, the upcoming Note 5 will allegedly house the speaker at the bottom.

Instead of the loud speaker, the image shows the purported camera. Compared to the Note 3 and Note 4, the handset's flash is placed beside the camera lens. This makes the Note 5 a bit similar to the LG G4 and HTC One M9 as far as the camera lens and flash positioning is concerned.

The current flagships, the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge, also carry their speakers at the bottom and have their camera flash placed beside the lens. Perhaps Samsung wanted to continue the same design features in the upcoming Note 5 as can be seen in the leaked images.

All of these are simply rumors and nothing can be confirmed at this point. The Galaxy Note 4 is already a fabulous device and has been touted as the "ultimate refinement of the phablet platform." If the Galaxy Note 5 will be designed as a better version, then it can be assumed that the handset will have a more powerful display, much bigger when held, and a better and more responsive S Pen stylus.
