Working for a restaurant like McDonald's isn't easy, and anyone who has to deal with customers all day should be given a medal. That being said, there's no excuse for losing your head like this guy. Even if things get really bad or you get fired, that doesn't mean you're allowed to go on a temper tantrum and destroy an entire store.
Apparently, not everyone feels the same way: after being terminated, one McDonald's employee absolutely lost it, and began tearing the store apart. Warning: the employee's upset, and as such, his language is not safe for work.
Look, we can all agree that fast food workers get a raw deal at times, but that doesn't excuse this employee's behavior. He's a grown man, he should be able to keep his composure after being let go. Everyone's gotten fired at one point or another, and it's terrible -- but that doesn't mean you can act like an cranky child and throw a tantrum.
What's even sadder is that the whole thing supposedly started over the employee being shorted $20 -- which, of course, was instantly negated when the employee started tearing the store apart. It probably wasn't the best strategy if he was looking for his former employer to give him the missing cash, mostly because he'll now owe McDonald's a whole lot more once the cost of repairs comes through....
