"Splatoon 3" is set to arrive next month on Nintendo Switch. So far, we only know that it's a multiplayer game that is rated Everyone 10+. The most interesting surprise could be the return of the Salmon Run, a co-op mode that we have previously seen in the past installment.
Five weeks from now, the popular action game is coming out, but Nintendo seems to have hinted that new modes will soon debut in the game, according to the latest tweet.
Will There Be New Modes For 'Splatoon 3?'
"Splatoon" fans have gone crazy after a commotion took place on Twitter. According to a report by Go Nintendo, the German Twitter page of the console maker might have dropped the "biggest" bomb so far about the game.
Specifically, the page posted an infographic of the game, which could suggest that "new modes" and other improvements will soon enter the Inkopolis.
Although it's promising to know that there could be a set of fresh updates for "Splatoon 3," keep in mind that these are all speculation.
Nintendo has not yet confirmed if the game will be getting new modes, but for sure, fans would love to see something exciting as the game nears its Sept. 9 launch.
'Splatoon 3' Speculations Came Out Last Month
This is not the first time that the new modes for "Splatoon" have been the subject of speculation from other people. Last week, there were reports which said that the same post also appeared on the official Dutch Twitter account of Nintendo, per Nintendo Life.
For those players who will start playing their first "Splatoon 3 walkthrough, there might be some element of surprise that you could feel once you dive inside. It's possible that there are some changes that are not present in the two previous games.
If you haven't yet played the two installments, you can go to its official website of Nintendo and test them out on your console before the release of the new "Splatoon" title.
