Nothing is debuting its first smartphone that will bring the world a new version of a transparent smartphone that will have easier integration and its unique operating system. The brand is soon to release its new smartphone, the Nothing 1 that is also the company's first device on its lineup that promises more devices soon.
Nothing 1 Phone Release: How to Watch the Event?
Nothing is coming in with its anticipated showcase event that will bring its first smartphone release for the world to see, and it will reveal the device and everything it promises to the public including the OS. The upcoming showcase is known as "Nothing (event): Return to Instinct" and it invites the public to rediscover something from the past with a present device.
The event will take place on Tuesday, July 12, and it would start at 4:00 PM British Standard Time (7:00 AM Pacific Standard Time) for the world to watch and witness its new device. Note that Nothing's 1 smartphone is a unique take on the releases now, as it would debut the Nothing OS, and offer a device that is simple and powerful.
Nothing 1 Phone Release: What to Expect?
Carl Pei from the Nothing team, and formerly OnePlus, is debuting a new take on smartphones that will help the public experience new freedom via the device. The device is surrounded by LED lights, as well as its high refresh rate AMOLED screens that would help in delivering content.
It comes with a Snapdragon 778+ chipset to power its processes, along with an optional 8 or 12 GB RAM.
Nothing 1: Better than Android?
Nothing is more promising than a new device and an operating system that would help in giving the world what they want for its use and features that will complement smartphone use in the modern day. The only downside to the upcoming event is that it would not release to North America when it is available in public, and it would focus on the U.K. and Europe.
Pei and the Nothing team debuted an experience application that will help people get accustomed to the new smartphone operating system (OS) and allow them to have a first look at the Nothing OS. The app is only a launcher for Android, but the company said that its operations will not reply on its piggyback on Android, but its self-standing OS for the devices.
Nothing 1 is coming soon for the public to purchase, and it only aims to bring the world the new era of smartphones as it aims to deliver a new device and OS in one. The Nothing 1's design may be plain or stripped of the finishes, but the company promises an entirely new experience that would take them to a fresh experience, unlike iOS and Android.
