A cheaper AMD RX 6000 GPU version could soon arrive. The popular tech leaker first revealed this on Twitter @KOMACHI_ENSAKA.
However, his post is now deleted. It is still unclear if his post was removed by the platform or if he is the one that deleted it.
But, one thing is for sure. The information he revealed will excite AMD's fans. As of the moment, the exact model is not yet confirmed.
However, some rumors claim it will be another Navi 24-based desktop graphics card. They added that the computer component maker is likely to unveil it before 2022 ends.
Cheaper AMD RX 6000 GPU To Arrive?
According to WCCF Tech's latest report, there's a chance that the cheap AMD graphics cards will be the long-rumored RX 6300 version.
"The 6400 is no longer exclusive for OEMs. So what do you mean by preparing the 6300 as a new OEM exclusive?" said Komachi Ensaka.
Currently, the exact features of the new AMD RX 6300 GPU are still unknown. The only thing you can expect from it is that it will be exclusive to OEMs.
This means that AMD will not sell it as a standalone product. Instead, it will be integrated into new laptops or computers. Now, here's the catch.
AMD RX 6300 as OEM Exclusive GPU
Tech Radar reported that since AMD RX 6300 GPU is an OEM-exclusive graphics card, consumers need to purchase the new laptop or computer models that have it if they want to use the GPU.
But, some experts said that there are still other ways that AMD RX 6300 can be acquired. One of these is through auctions. If some individuals can get their hands on the new RX 6300-powered computers or laptops, then there's a chance they'll sell the GPU on online auctions websites.
Of course, there will be more expensive than the original price (still unknown). If you want to see more details about the new RX 6300 model, you can click this link.
Meanwhile, ASUS' AMD Ryzen 6000-powered ROG laptops were revealed last Mar. 24.
On the other hand, AMD's FSR 2.0 is expected to offer better-upscaling features, such as framerate boost for various games. Some rumors claimed it would be released on Xbox and Nvidia GPUs.
