The official Twitter account of "League of Legends: Wild Rift" confirmed that the game faces technical issues regarding the Regional Open Beta.
"We're having a couple of technical difficulties with opening up the Regional Open Beta, so the cinematic trailer might also be hitting a bit late! We'll keep you posted as we make progress. Hang tight!" the game captioned.

"So it's still on for today even when I see some iOS players getting an Oct 29 release date? That's good to hear. I got a bit nervous when I logged in earlier and no sliver of hint for an event pops out," said one Anthony Estacio, one of the commentators.
As of the moment, there are no updates, yet if the issues are being fixed or were already solved. The Regional Open Beta is expected to expand to Europe, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Oceania in December.
