WWE SummerSlam 2014 results: Brock Lesnar dominates John Cena for the title

It wouldn't be summer without the WWE's annual wrestling event, SummerSlam. The event began in 1988, and it has since hosted some of the most memorable moments in the history of professional wrestling. This year's version went down last night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The results of the yearly event sent shockwaves through the sport as all three defended titles changed hands. The shake-up of the gold caused a massive shift in the hierarchy of the WWE contenders. The biggest story came in the main event, when the WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena lost his title to Brock Lesnar in a complete one-sided beatdown. During the match, Lesnar hit an incredible 16 German suplexes on Cena on his way to victory. Here is the complete list of winners of the annual event.
