When it comes to The Walking Dead, things have never looked good for the survivors ... and yet, somehow, things are looking even bleaker than usual for the show's sixth season. An absolutely massive herd of walkers is bearing down on Alexandria, and unless someone finds a way to distract them, everyone will die.
In order to redirect the massive hoard, the survivors have split up: one group will distract the walkers, while the rest will head back to fortify Alexandria (though, admittedly, it gets a bit more complicated than that). The Oct. 25th episode largely focused on the latter group—and there were some serious casualties along the way. It looks like this week's episode will focus on that same group ... and the fallout of what happened on the way back to Alexandria.
Of course, it just wouldn't be The Walking Dead without some good, old-fashioned in-fighting, and it's starting to look like that'll be the focus for this week's upcoming episode. Titled, "Now," season six's fifth episode will seemingly follow the Alexandria survivors—and it doesn't seem like they're getting along all that well:
Oh, Carl—you're starting to look (and fight, and lord over people) just like your dad.
As per the usual, things aren't looking good for our heroes ... the ones who are still alive, anyway. If you're a bit behind and need to figure out who's alive and who's dead before next week's episode airs, just take a look at our recap of which characters are still walking amongst the living.
The Walking Dead airs at 9 p.m. Sundays on AMC.
