Hollywood gets bloody in the first gameplay trailer for 'Dead Island 2.' Dead Island 2 premiered at E3 earlier this year with a stunning and hilarious computer generated trailer, but while it did give gamers a few clues as to where players will be traveling to next in the series, no actual gameplay was shown.
