Owning an LG G4 is now easier and more affordable, thanks to a number of discount options from Verizon.
Customers can now take advantage of coupon codes and rebates to get discounts ranging from $100 to $400 when they buy an LG G4 plus a tablet, such as the LG G-Pad 10.1 and G-Pad X 8.3.
The G4 is currently priced at $552 for the 32GB version while the tablets are sold for $299.99 each.
There is no obligation to buy both the G4 and either tablet as an add-on in order to take advantage of the offer. Customers can start enjoying the discount after purchasing a new G4 from Verizon's online retail site and using the promo code "LGG4SAVE."
Shoppers can also use the promo code if they decide to purchase at a physical retail store. The promo code will slash $100 off the current price to just $452.
The promo code is good until Nov. 14. However, customers should know that they need to select a payment plan that will go with their purchase. The payment plan will last for two years and cost $23 a month (if the discount is not applied) and $18.83 a month (if the discount of $100 is used).
In other words, customers who decide to use the promo code when they purchase a new LG G4 can save as much as $4.17 a month under a two-year payment plan. That's roughly equivalent to 24 months of being able to buy a cup of freshly brewed coffee, grande, for $2.10 and a chocolate chip cookie for $1.95 every month from Starbucks.
The second option is to buy an LG G-Pad 10.1 or G-Pad X 8.3 from Verizon. In this case, it doesn't matter if the tablets are bought outright or a payment plan is chosen.
Customers need to submit the Verizon LG rebate form on LGG4OctoberRebate.com, which should bear the information of their phone, including the tablet if they have purchased one.
To qualify, the purchase should be made before Oct. 29, and the rebate form should be sent before Nov. 13.
Purchasing both a phone and tablet will allow customers to enjoy higher discounts.
When purchasing a new LG G4, customers will also get a $200 Visa prepaid card that they can use to add to the $100 discount that was mentioned earlier. This means that the LG G4 will have a final price of $252. The total amount saved is therefore $300.
If customers decide to buy the G-Pad 10.1, they will get an extra $50 on their Visa prepaid card, which will rake in a total savings of $350 and a final price of $501.99 for the LG G4 and G-Pad 10.1 combined.
Lastly, customers who decide to purchase the G-Pad X 8.3 will get an extra $100 on the card. A total savings of $400 can be earned and a final price of $451.99 is then billed.
