Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul may not be having the best of times when it comes to the polls, but that doesn't mean he's going to stop experimenting with ways to connect with voters.
His latest experiment is that he is livestreaming his entire day, from time that he's spending in Iowa all the way to the Democratic debate in the evening.
"The campaign will stream every event and give unprecedented behind the scenes access to Senator Paul and what life is like on the trail in our nation's first state to vote!" said Paul's Chief Digital Strategist Vincent Harris in a statement.
Paul announced that he would be livestreaming his day on Twitter, even throwing in the hashtag #randlive.
Of course, it remains to be seen just how "behind the scenes" the stream really is, and so far, the stream has mostly consisted of staring out of a car window at cornfields. It also remains to be seen whether or not this stream will actually prove entertaining or if it is just another way to try and get people to pay attention to the presidential hopeful.
You can check out the stream for yourself at Rand Paul's website.
