LG launched its flagship handset, the LG G4 in April 2015. The handset made its way to the shelves in June and has attracted many customers.
The LG G4 boasts a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with 2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution and 538ppi. A powerful Snapdragon 808 processor clocked at 1.8GHz and 3GB of RAM run the smartphone.
The LG handset is equipped with a 16MP rear-facing camera and an 8MP front-facing camera. The mobile phone comes with 32GB internal memory with the option to expand to a massive 2TB capacity with a microSD card, a feature that is difficult to find in any other smartphone available in the market. The phone comes with a 3,000mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
AT&T is selling the LG G4 for $629.99 and T-Mobile is offering the handset for $479.76. The LG G4 is also available from Verizon for $552. Amazon is also retailing the phone for $437.99. A price tag of $399.99 on eBay is the best of the lot at the moment.
There are rumors surfacing in the smartphone market that LG will launch another smartphone dubbed LG G4 Pro or LG G4 Note. However, the specs and release date of the upcoming LG smartphone remain unknown for now.
The next LG phablet is estimated to sport a 5.8-inch display and a 27MP primary camera. With top-end specs in tow, the LG G4 Pro will also have a premium price. The latest price reduction of the LG G4's price on eBay may attract many smartphone customers who do not want to wait for the LG G4 Pro.
