Leaked 10.5-inch high-end Samsung Galaxy Tab S shows how gorgeous its 2560 x1600 AMOLED display looks

A leaked image of what is reportedly Samsung's high-end 10.5-inch Galaxy Tab S and its 2560 x 1600 display shows using expensive AMOLED screens makes a huge difference.

Samsung is following up on a statement it had made last year as it began to see high-end smartphone across the boards decline in sales and vowed to do what it did in the smartphone world, focus on beating Apple, specifically in the tablet market in terms of sales. This tactic includes several different tablet brands with varying display sizes, including the Galaxy Tab, Galaxy TabPro and Galaxy Note series; it is about to unleash a new tablet and it's going to be the high-end and more premium tablet and will include top of the line displays and Samsung's fingerprint scanner currently found on the Galaxy S5

Galaxy Tab S, which will use the company's AMOLED display that produce better images and truer colors, it's also the first tablet Samsung is shipping using the screen technology.

A forum member from SamMobile posted an image of what he claims is the 10.5-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab S, although other size tablets are expected to join it when it's officially announced. It will take place at Samsung's scheduled press event, which will take place June 12.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S series will become the company's highest-end tablets and its specs back up those claims. The tablet will feature a 10.5-inch AMOLED display, which is a huge departure from the LCD on other tablets. The photograph does a decent job of showing off its display, well good in terms of a blurry image.

Based on latest reports, the Galaxy Tab S will be powered by an insanely fast Samsung octa-core Exynos 5420 processor, which uses four 1.9GHz Cortex-A15 cores and four 1.3GHz Cortex-A7 cores. Other details include an 8-megapixel rear camera and 2.1-megpixel front facing camera for selfies. Just like its current flagship, the Galaxy S5, the company will be adding the same fingerprint scanner used to unlock the smartphone and authorize PayPal purchases.

We can expect the 10.5-inch Samsung Galaxy S tablets get announced at Samsung's June 12 event, which we'll be covering for you.
