Netizens Mourn Bobbi Kristina Brown's Death Following A Nearly Six-Month Coma

Hundreds of Netizens who followed Bobbi Kristina Brown's Twitter account in life and throughout the drama that was her six-month coma are also now using social media to voice their sorrows as they mourn her passing.

Bobbi Kristina, the only biological daughter of singer Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was found unresponsive in a bathtub last January. She went through a medically induced six-month coma and eventually died at a hospice facility in Georgia. She was 22 years old.

Many questions still surround the case of Bobbi Kristina coma and death. Some reports say she was still grief-stricken over her own mother's death, who was also found facedown in a tub on Feb. 11, 2012 at the Beverly Hills Hilton.

Some, most notably Bobbi Kristina;s own father, Bobby Brown, had been pointing the finger at her fiance, Nick Gordon, accusing him of not cooperating with the police investigation regarding the circumstances surrounding her accident. Brown had also filed charges against Gordon, saying he allegedly beat Kristina and took $11,000 from her bank account while she was in a coma.

However, following a criminal investigation, it was concluded that the bruises that were discovered around Kristina Brown's face and mouth were caused in a car accident she was involved days before she was found in the bathtub.

Authorities have yet to decide if criminal charges will be filed against Gordon, pending the reading of the full report.

In a statement to People Magazine, the Houston family said she is now at peace.

"Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away July, 26, 2015, surrounded by her family. She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months,” they said.

Meanwhile, Kristina's friends and fans, including celebrities, are also sharing in their mourning via Twitter.

Others are taking solace in the belief that she is now together with her mother again.

As her passing is mourned, many also remember how Kristina Brown lived optimistically and with a smile on her face. In her own words: "The wind is behind me and the sun is in my face."
