To complete the American Ninja Warrior obstacle course, you need to be fast.
You need to be strong. You need need the stamina of an ox.
It also helps if you have claws for hands. Perhaps that is why this Lego ninja from Lego's Ninjago toyline completes the American Ninja Warrior obstacle course in record time.
We're not talking about the actual American Ninja Warrior obstacle course, mind you, but this brick version perfectly recreated with Legos. All the familiar obstacles are here: the Spider Climb, the Warped Wall, the Salmon Ladder. The Lego Ninja tackles each Lego obstacle with ease (and a little ninja magic). Never in the history of Ninja Warrior has somebody (or something) made it all look so easy.
The production quality behind this video is astounding. The attention to detail in recreating the course is spot on, and the animation of the figures as they leap, climb and swing across the course is smooth and seamless.
What really makes the video, however, is the announcers. If you've ever watched American Ninja Warrior, you likely recognize the Lego versions of Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbaja-Biamila in the video. The pair lent their voices to the spoof as well, giving the authentic American Ninja Warrior play-by-play as the ninja races across the obstacle course. Be sure to check out the full video below.
It all makes for one entertaining video. Coming from Lego, we would expect nothing less.
