One of the most exciting parts about the upcoming all-female Ghostbusters reboot is seeing how the iconic elements of the original are updated, from the crew's Ecto-1 vehicle to the all-powerful proton pack.
Though filming on the movie is currently under way, luckily we haven't had to wait until it actually hits theaters to see what updates to the original 1984 film the reboot will bring. The movie's writer and director Paul Feig has been tweeting out several images from the set, including the revamped uniforms this new batch of Ghostbusters played by Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones will wear. And now we finally know what the Ghostbusters will look like in their new threads.
An unofficial shot of the Ghostbusters in their new uniforms that seems to have been taken by a fan has made its way to the forum NeoGAF. As you can see in the below photo, the four Ghostbusters wear tan jumpsuits similar to the original uniforms but with two bands of orange and white stripes across their chests.
Noticeably missing from these uniforms is a Ghostbusters logo patch on the shoulder as the photo Feig previously tweeted out revealed. But the cast members' hair and eyewear are clearly on point, so that kind of makes up for the seemingly incomplete outfit.
On the forum, you'll also find more unofficial photos from the Ghostbusters set, including more of the ladies in their uniforms, a shot of the rear of the Ecto-1 and a white motorcycle with the Ghostbusters logo on it. Hopefully, we won't have to wait too much longer to see the Ghostbusters in their full uniforms, proton packs and all.
The Ghostbusters reboot is scheduled to hit theaters July 22, 2016.
