Steve Ballmer's 5 Best Freakouts

If the Los Angeles Clippers defeat the Houston Rockets on Sunday night to advance to the Western Conference Finals, it's safe to assume that Steve Ballmer will lose his mind.

Then again, it doesn't take much for the exhilarated Clippers to go into full-on freakout mode.

Since striking the winning $2 billion bid to become owner of the franchise last May, Ballmer has been a fixture at the Staples Center, contorting his face and body to express literally every emotion possible.

In just one season as the Clippers' owner, the former Microsoft CEO has already given us a highlight reel of meltdowns and freakouts.

Here are the best of them all.

Ballmer Puts The Pep in Clippers' Pep Rally

Out with the old...in with the new. After Donald Sterling was forced to sell the Clippers due to his racist rant against African Americans, Ballmer swooped right in and purchased the franchise. Fired up and redder than a tomato in the face, Ballmer made a splashy debut as owner during an August 2014 fan festival. There he yelled and showed unabashed enthusiasm for owning the Clippers...even if it meant drawing shocked faces from the team's stars Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan, especially during the 42-second mark of this clip. This is absolutely awesome.

Ballmer Has Out-of-Body Experience During Fergie Surprise Performance

When Fergie surprised the Staples Center crowd with a performance this past January, Balms let loose. The Clippers owner danced as if none of the 17,000 fans were even watching. No, on second thought, he knew they were watching and showed off his wild gyrations without any care (you can do that when you're rich). This isn't your suit-and-tie owner, Los Angeles. Who cares that he was off beat! Steve just wants to have fun.

And when Fergie hit the "la la la la la" of her single "L.A. Love (La La), Ballmer especially went crazy, flailing his arms wildly in multiple directions, providing us with a Vine that will live on forever. What's there not to love about this guy?

Blake Griffin Dunk Drives Ballmer Berserk

Whether it was wringing out his hat or screaming insanely, Ballmer completely lost it after Blake Griffin's posterization of San Antonio Spurs' Aron Baynes. The play was unbelievable, but Ballmer's reaction was priceless.

Ballmer Gets Put Through The Wringer

From using his pinkies to whistle until he couldn't whistle any more, to throwing his hands over his neck in despair, Ballmer was put through the wringer in Game 6 of the Clippers-Spurs' first-round playoff series. At the 0:06 second mark, Ballms turns such an inhuman shade of red that he seamlessly blends right into his rich guy polo shirt.

Pure Ecstasy After Chris Paul Hits Winning Shot in Game 7 of Clippers/Spurs Series

Chris Paul's series-clinching bank shot over Tim Duncan in Game 7 of the Clippers-Spurs' series, left Ballmer not even knowing what to do with himself. The Clippers owner spun around in a circle, before placing the closest person to him in a headlock. An overdose of euphoria!

All this being said, if the Clippers win Sunday—and dare we say, reach the NBA Finals—Ballmer better have a doctor with him at all times!
