Whether you're a seasoned Guardian who plays Destiny regularly or a lapsed Guardian who hasn't been to the Tower or the battlefield in weeks or months, you must be curious about "House of Wolves." The second Destiny expansion pack is just days away, after all.
Bungie's just released a new video that features their team running down pretty much everything you need to know about "House of Wolves." The new social space in the Rift, the new multiplayer arenas, the new Strike, new Story Missions, all the new gear. This five-minute rundown covers it all. There's a brand new game mode unveiled as well called "Prison of Elders," a co-op battle arena where you and two friends take on increasingly difficult waves of baddies.
In "House of Wolves," the Awoken Queen in the Rift has been betrayed by the house of Fallen warriors she once showed mercy to. Why they suddenly turned on her isn't known; all she seems to care about is revenge. So she takes an unprecedented action: she opens up the Awoken's usually secretive Rift areas, vendors, citizens and more to Guardians who are willing to hunt down those who betrayed her.
