If you've been waiting for WWE 2K15 to arrive on PC before getting your wrestling simulation fix, your patience has paid off. The game is now available on Steam for $49.99 and comes with (almost) all of the game's DLC at no extra cost.
Yes, you read that correctly. While console players had to spend $25 on a season pass to gain access to three additional single-player storylines, PC players get the content for free. While console players had to spend $6.99 for the NXT Arrival pack, PC players get it for free. While console players had to spend $7.99 for the WCW pack, PC players get it for free. The list goes on and on.
The only piece of DLC that won't be coming to the PC version of the game is WWE Diva Paige. The character came bundled with WWE 2K15's season pass for the console version of the game. There are currently no plans to add her to the PC version.
It's also important to note that, even though PC players get all the DLC for free, not all of it is available at launch. Actually, most of it isn't. Buying the game today will get you two new versions of Sting and Hulk Hogan to play in the game. The rest of the DLC, the Showcase storylines, new costumes and additional wrestlers and arenas, will be added "later this spring" free of charge.
WWE 2K15 originally launched for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in October of 2014, followed by an Xbox One and PlayStation 4 release in November. We enjoyed the game's next-gen version, even if it is lacking overall in many of the features fans have come to expect from the series. You can read our full review of WWE 2K15 here. And if you still can't get enough of 2K's wrestling franchise, you can always download the new mobile version of the game.
