Is This A 'Destiny' Easter Egg In 'Game Of Thrones?'

When developer Bungie announced Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage would be lending his voice talents to Destiny, fans were excited. Dinklage would be bringing to life the player's AI companion, the Ghost, a odd shaped flying robot that helps guide players through the game world.

Turns out it wasn't much to be excited about. Whether it be Bungie's writing or Dinklage's performance, general consensus is that the "Dinklebot", as it has become known, sucks. Dinklage phones in his dialogue and is forced to spout nonsensical, uninteresting gobbly goop for hours on end.

It definitely isn't a high point in Dinklage's career. So while watching the latest episode of Game of Thrones, one eagle-eyed viewer had to ask: is the image below a Destiny reference?

Maybe? In the episode Tyrion is traveling on the road in a fancy box, with a few windows letting the light from the outside world shine in.

Look closely at the window, what do you see?

It does look similar. If you want to take the analogy to another level, the window is also letting in "light" which the characters in Destiny, including Dinklage's Ghost, babble on about all the time. Could there be a Destiny fan among the show's prop/set designers? Check out the image of Ghost below to compare the two.

So there you have it: Destiny Easter Egg hidden in plain sight? Or just a nice-looking window design? You be the judge.
