Apple M4 MacBook Air Is Coming This 2025 With Upgrades

However, the biggest news behind Cupertino's M4 MacBook Air is that it will offer more support for external displays, and while it can only project to up to two screens like before, users may keep the laptop's lid open.
Essentially, this gives a user up to three displays in their arsenal, which allows users to hook up two screens for external monitors and offer the third display from the MacBook Air's built-in display.
Google ChromeOS Allow Users to Use Face Controls
Apple's iOS 18 may have given users the eye tracking feature to control iPhones to perform certain actions through specific gestures but Google also has a version of this hands-free experience available to its computers. The ChromeOS has an upgrade awaiting users, and with this latest version, Google is introducing a way for users to control their Chromebooks without using peripherals.
This is because ChromeOS' latest and one of its most advanced features allow users to use their facial expressions to control the computer, expanding more of the accessibility experiences available from its tech.
Of course, this is not the regular, run-of-the-mill facial expression control, as it leverages advanced artificial intelligence that can translate expressions into actions for the device, now available for Chromebooks with at least 8GB of memory.
Netflix's Price Hike Is Now Taking Effect
The trend of streaming platforms introducing more expensive subscriptions is not yet over, and the latest came from the largest platform in the world, Netflix, with its latest pricing now taking effect. Fortunately, only four countries are affected by the latest price hike including the United States, Canada, Argentina, and Portugal, but it is expected that it will also be introduced to other territories.
Netflix's latest letter to shareholders shared that all of its subscription tiers are facing a price hike, with its cheapest, the Standard with Ads, now available for $7.99 per month (from $6.99). On the other hand, the Netflix Standard without ads now costs $17.99 (from $15.49), while its most expensive Premium is now $24.99 monthly (from $22.99).
The renowned streaming platform unveiled this despite a humongous Q4 2024 where it earned as much as $10.25 billion in revenue, and more in other figures.
