Google's latest event for its flagship smartphone the Pixel 9 is expected this August 13, leaks suggest consumers may also see updates on the Buds Pro 2 and the Pixel Watch 3.
According to the Verge, Google is anticipated to unveil the Pixel Pro in two sizes - a 6.8-inch model and a 6.3-inch variant - alongside the Pixel 9. This will be the initial occasion that Pro features are offered in two varying sizes, as the telephoto camera was exclusively for the larger phone model.

According to the picture released by Google and numerous leaks, the Pixel 9 and 9 Pro will feature unique design alterations. Both the Pro and standard models receive flatter edges and a circular camera module that sticks out from the rear of the device.
According to a leaked spec sheet from sources, the Pixel 9 Pro versions are expected to have a G4 Tensor chip with minor enhancements and 16GB of RAM. In the meantime, the base Pixel 9 will likely feature an identical processor, along with a 6.3-inch screen and 12GB of memory. Both phones may have a storage capacity starting at 128GB, with the Pro model offering options to increase it up to 1TB.
Both devices are expected to receive updates to their cameras, according to the leaked spec sheet, which reveals the Pixel 9 will feature a 10.5MP selfie camera, a 50MP main camera, and a 48MP ultrawide lens. The information from the leak suggests that the Pixel 9 Pro will feature a 42MP front camera and a total of three rear cameras, consisting of a 50MP primary camera, 48MP ultrawide lens, and 48MP telephoto camera.
Another reported update expected for the Pixel 9 series is the inclusion of Samsung's Exynos 5400 modem, which could enable a satellite SOS function like the latest iPhones. Furthermore, according to a report by Android Authority, there is a possibility that Google will include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor in the Pixel 9 series, aiming to address concerns users have with the current optical under-display sensor.

Additional minor alterations consist of increased grills corresponding to the bud's colors, along with a charging case that seems to include a small speaker (possibly for sound alerts with Google's Find My feature). It is anticipated that the Pixel Buds Pro 2 will be available in gray, white, green, and pink.
The Pixel Watch 3, unlike the model before it, is anticipated to have two size options: 41mm and 45mm. The 41mm model is believed to have a screen that is 10 percent bigger than the previous version of the same size, due to slimmer bezels.
Recent leaks indicate that both models of the Pixel Watch 3 will likely have a brighter 2,000-nit display and an ultra-wideband chip, which may improve location tracking accuracy. The 41mm watch may have a slightly larger 310mAh battery and 20 percent quicker charging compared to the Pixel Watch 2, according to rumors.
According to leaked marketing materials from Android Headlines, both versions could provide a maximum of 24 hours of battery life with an always-on display, or up to 36 hours with a new Battery Saver mode. The information also suggests backing for offline Google Maps, fresh camera functions when linking to a Pixel smartphone, and the capacity to monitor your Nest Cam and Nest Doorbell's live streams from your wrist.
