As regarded by Weast, Intel's open platforms are looking to bring the PC experience to cars, emphasizing safety and user experiences.
Intel and its Massive Foray Into AI
For many years, Intel has been known for its offers on chip technology and the dedicated software that helps manage what its hardware offers, but 2023 was a different route for the company as it ventured towards AI. There were massive challenges in the company's chip development, but it integrated AI to improve what it has to offer, initially offering reference kits to speed up its developments, centering on collaborations.
As announced previously by Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger, the company will move towards integrating AI across the different platforms of the company, centering on its take on the newfound tech development. The goal is to integrate it across all platforms of the company, with AI playing a significant role in powering it, using the technologies available to them.
In this latest announcement, the AI developments are coming towards the future of Intel Automotive, centering on improvements for electric vehicles. With its goal of integrating "AI in everything," Weast and Intel are moving towards a future where EVs are safer, more optimized to drive, efficient, and better using the company's innovations towards the automotive industry, powered by AI.
