Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Sees $928 Price Discount: Is it Still Worth it?

The classic Samsung phone is now cheaper than ever.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra debuted roughly more than two years ago. It brought top-notch specs like a smooth refresh rate and a 108-megapixel camera back in 2020.

Given that it has been a while since it first saw the light of day, the Note 20 Ultra is now available for much cheaper pricing.

This Samsung Android phone is even more notable as it is the last offering under the Note lineup since the South Korean phone maker discontinued it.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra $928 Price Discount

As per a recent report by Phone Arena, the last Samsung Note now sells for a massive discount, making it dirt cheap.

A refurbished Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is now available online, bringing impressive specs for a more affordable price tag.

Phone Arena notes in its report that the original pricing of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G is roughly $1300. However, its refurbished condition brought down its price tag by around 70 percent of the typical cost.

The last Note Ultra is now essentially $928 compared to how much it cost when it debuted in 2020.

Given that, is it still worth getting? Now that newer phones sport similar or even better specs. Not to mention that Samsung still offers the S Pen with the S22 series.

Is it Still Worth Getting?

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra notably comes with an impressive camera, a buttery smooth AMOLED display, and more top-notch offerings that make it at par with the latest smartphones.

According to Tom's Guide, the Note 20 Ultra features a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen, which supports up to 120Hz refresh rate, making gaming and doom scrolling smoother than typical phones.

It rocks 12 GB of RAM with a maximum internal storage of 512 GB. It runs on a now-dated chipset, the Snapdragon 865 Plus. But to be fair, it still outperforms mid-range options out there.

The Note 20 Ultra features a 4,500 mAh battery, rated at around 10 hours and 26 minutes. It should allow users to watch several videos without having to plug in.

Given that it is in a refurbished condition, the battery might have been replaced with a new one or is still in good condition. As such, it might not perform as well as a brand-new one.

All these flagship-level specs are now available for more afforadable price tag. So if you do not mind getting your hands on a older device, this might be a good option.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G is now available at Woot for only $370.99. Amazon is also offering it in "excellent condition (refurbished)" for $424.
