Apple iCloud and Find My were down for some users globally. But the iPhone maker says that the service outages have been resolved.
The issue affected users of essential Apple services, such as iCloud Mail and Find My, which help locate lost devices.
Apple iCloud, 'Find My' Service Outages
According to a recent report by 9to5 Mac, some of its services of Apple were unavailable to some users early in the morning on December 14. The service outage prevents folks from accessing their iCloud account and some features like Screen Time.
The website of Apple admitted that the issues began at around 3:55 am Eastern Time (ET). The iPhone maker says that the problem is not that widespread. Instead, the firm notes that only "some users have been affected."
Given that, the renowned tech giant tells users that they might start "experiencing an issue with the service."
On the other hand, Apple warned that its iCloud website might be a bit janky. Its website warns users that it "may be slow," or in worse cases, it might be "unavailable."
The service outage earlier affected mostly iCloud services, including iCloud Mail, iCloud Web Apps, iCloud Keychain, iCloud Calendar, and iCloud Contacts. Some users might have some trouble trying to access these platforms.
On top of these iCloud services, other features like Find My and Screen Time were also down earlier this morning.

iPhone Maker Says it is Now Resolved

The issue with Find My lasted from 4:55 am to 7:30 am, the tech giant notes, saying that "some users were affected."
It turns out that Photos also had some issues early today, making it slow or unavailable. But the phone maker fixed it as early as 6:50 am.
All iCloud services are now up and running as well. The tech firm fixed the outages for Keychain, Contacts, Calendar, and Web Apps roughly before 8:00 am. iCloud Mail and iWork started operating normally again at around 7:36 am.
All that said, all the services of Apple are now running as they should. The iPhone maker resolved all the outages early this morning, which affected several platforms.
It is worth noting that it is not the first time that iCloud has experienced some outage in recent times. Last November, the tech giant confirmed that iCloud Mail is having some issues, preventing users from accessing the service.
