Twitter Blue for Apple iPhone users is about to be more expensive once it relaunches.
The varying price for iPhones comes after Twitter Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Elon Musk took a swipe at the 30 percent cut of the Apple App Store.
The new Chief Twit now seems to have found a way to move forward with Twitter Blue, despite the App Store cut.
Twitter Blue for Apple iPhone Will Be Priced More Expensive
As per the latest report by Mac Rumors, Twitter Blue debuted with a $7.99 monthly subscription fee. It was before Musk took over the giant social network and was forced to suspend it.
The subscription service has been suspended after Musk allowed paying users to get their hands on the high-coveted verification check mark.
In turn, it only takes $8 to impersonate prominent figures, including the Twitter boss, on the platform. It ended up being quite chaotic.
And as such, Chief Twit says that they are planning to relaunch the service to address its issues.
According to a recent story by The Verge, Twitter has delayed its Blue subscription service due to the 30 percent cut that the Apple App Store requires. So instead of a relaunch by the end of November, it has been indefinitely delayed.
But now, it looks like the social network is finalizing the details of the new Blue service.
The Information reports that once it relaunches it would be more expensive for iPhone users. The Musk-owned social media is reportedly offering it for $11 a month.

How Much is Twitter Blue Priced?
On the other hand, it seems that the Blue subscription just got cheaper for those who will be subscribing via the web.
Twitter Blue on the web only costs $7 monthly, which is $0.99 cheaper than before.
It is worth noting that the social network previously charged nearly $8 or $7.99 for the service. However, the new pricing received roughly a $3 increase for iPhone users.
9to5 Mac notes in its report that the higher pricing on iPhones is due to the App Store cut. The $11 subscription fee lets Twitter pay the commission without losing money.
The tech news outlet highlights that other platforms like Spotify have done the same. The music streaming service charges iPhone users more than web and Android folks.
