Twitter is changing something about every people's sent tweets on their profile, as they would get more interaction information for it, providing data on the view count that people get. Elon Musk said that it would be like what uploaded videos reflect, where it shows how many have watched one's upload on the short-word social media platform.
Musk's Twitter 2.0 claims that views also count as interaction, especially as many people ask regarding having low likes, retweets, or replies on their online statements published on the platform.
Twitter to Show View Counts on Every Tweet, Like Uploaded Videos
Chief Twit is inviting the public to engage more on the platform, using their voice to add to the "public dialogue" that is taking place on Twitter now. However, many online users replied to this tweet, saying that they get almost zero likes and replies to their engagements online, with people saying that nobody reads their tweets.
It seems like this is a massive deal for some people, especially in not getting engagements online, one that discourages them to use the platform.
Musk explained that people who read tweets only, outnumber those who like, retweet, or reply to them by 1,000 percent, and invites everyone to click the "bar graph" symbol to see their engagements.
The tech CEO also said that the company will soon add "view counts" for every tweet, like the one seen on uploaded video views on their profile, to let them know the interactions they get for people who only read.

Every Interaction Counts: Like Retweet, Reply, or Views
It is unknown whether it would appear on every tweet like what is seen on Instagram Stories and the like, or whether it would be private to each person or seen on their published statements on the platform. Also, Musk did not explain if it would stay hidden and would only be seen when clicking the said icon.
Still, showing view counts on every tweet is coming for all, to tell users more about their every interaction, despite having no likes, retweets, or replies to what they said.
Elon Musk and the Twitter 2.0
Twitter certainly entered a new age with its new owner and CEO, Elon Musk, as there have been massive changes on the platform which aims to deliver a "better" experience to the public on social media. Chief Twit dubs this new version of one of the largest social networking sites in the world "Twitter 2.0," packed with different features for all.
One of the massive changes on the platform would still be the blue checkmark verification of the company that centers on an $8 subscription, centering on a payment system to maintain it monthly.
And while this change on the platform "empowered the people," as almost anyone can get verification to their name, it still saw backlash from the content creators and online personalities who did not pay for it before.
Regardless, Musk still reports an "all-time-high" for Twitter's current numbers, and this is despite not yet seeing a full blast of what it has to offer the world.
From the many changes to the platform's internal operations to its public use, Elon Musk's Twitter is now focusing on more engagements for the world, including interactions despite those being view counts. Numbers are important on social media, and it would soon take into account the number of people who view tweets, despite them not liking, retweeting, or replying to them.
