Windows Central and Xbox Era both claimed that the 2023 release window for Activision Blizzard's "Diablo IV," the game's awaited sequel to the 2012 game. The speculation points to an April availability of the game, saying that it would deliver the title for the world.

According to ComicBook Gaming, both sources are reputable for their past speculations and leaks regarding games for the Xbox, but not all are entirely accurate from their claims.

The game is coming to multiple platforms including the Windows PC, the PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S and X.

These leaks claim that paid early access for the game will arrive by February 2023, with two months to the title's preview before its actual release.

Activision Blizzard to Release 'Diablo 4' by April?

However, the question of "Diablo IV's" release date falls entirely to Activision Blizzard's hands, especially as the company did not yet reveal any sure dates for 2023 for the game's drop.

Its initial 2023 announcement after confirming the game's delay may see later dates, until December of next year. Take the leak with a grain of salt, as they have a 50-50 chance of hitting the right mark for April.

Blizzard's Famous RPG, 'Diablo'

There were two games that Activision Blizzard announced in 2019 to arrive to the public, and both are sequels to its famous game franchises which center on action RPG experiences for all. One is "Diablo IV," the awaited sequel to the 2012 game, and the other is the October-released "Overwatch 2," the arena shooter title.

While both games saw massive delays to their supposed release in 2021, "Overwatch 2" is already available for the public and did not take until 2023 for the game's availability.

Now, all that is left is for Activision Blizzard to deliver "Diablo 4" to the public with a 2023 release date from its initial delay announcement.

There are multiple pieces of information regarding the dungeon crawler game's closed beta that will come soon, with many perceiving this as an indication that it is coming soon.

Massive leaks regarding the game's anticipated release are now circulating online, especially as 2022 only has two months before the year changes. For now, users need to take this leak with caution, as there are no confirmed dates from Activision Blizzard regarding "Diablo IV's" release to the public, and also its availability in the early access.
