"Diablo Immortal," Blizzard Entertainment's mobile gaming title, has an ongoing bug that keeps its players stuck at the Lassal Quest, making the game somewhat unplayable.
The latest Lassal quest bug comes shortly after another "Diablo Immortal" issue has reportedly reduced the XP of its players.
'Diablo Immortal' Lassal Quest Bug
According to a recent report by Euro Gamer, players of "Diablo Immortal" recently tried to call the attention of the publisher of the mobile game after numerous users reported that a bug has been "reducing XP for everyone."
But shortly after reporting the XP reducing bug, Diablo Immortal players are experiencing yet another bug within the mobile game.
The newest "Diablo Immortal" bug is preventing its players from completing the quest after executing Lassal, as per a news story by PC Games N.
The news outlet notes that it turns out that the required character in the said quest is apparently going over another quest, making it impossible to accomplish.
The ongoing bug in the free-to-play role-playing game does not seem to be some isolated issue. Numerous players have already come out to share their frustration as it is impossible to complete the quest after killing the first Helliquary boss.
The bug is oddly telling players that "the character in this quest is occupied by another quest."
PC Games N notes in its report that the required character is apparently in the Frozen in Fear quest rather than going through the Lassal quest.
'Diablo Immortal' Bug: Still No Fix in Sight?
Players of the free-to-play mobile game have already tried out various methods to go over the ongoing bug. But it seems that an official fix needs to be on its way to allow users to complete the Lassal quest.
Some users have already tried to repeat the Lassal quest after resetting the app. However, the same issue persistently prevents them from going over it.

Meanwhile, another bug is also annoying "Diablo Immortal" players who are trying to level up in the game.
Euro Gamers states in the same report that the subreddit community of the mobile game now fills up with posts claiming that a new bug is reducing the XP of its players.
A Reddit post claims that "there's a bug that reduces the XP earned on a significant portion of kills and XP globes."
