Verizon Introduces New Prepaid Plans, Inclusions, Price Cuts

American wireless network operator Verizon is reportedly implementing a major price cut with its new prepaid plans. Aside from dropping prices on prepaid plans, Verizon is now offering three plan options.

According to a recent press release, Verizon is now offering three options, as well as a new Unlimited Plus tier that takes into account premium perks, such as a six-month subscription to Disney Plus.

Cheaper Prepaid Plans

How much cheaper will Big Red's new prepaid plans be? According to Phone Arena, the new ones will be $5 less expensive. Verizon's basic prepaid plan now costs $45 per month, while its Unlimited and Unlimited Plus prepaid plans charge $60 and $70, respectively. The Unlimited plans used to be $5 more expensive, while the basic one is completely new.

Users can also save up to $10 per month by enrolling in AutoPay, according to the wireless provider. This offer is only valid for the Unlimited and Unlimited Plus plans. In the meantime, you can save up to $5 on the basic plan. To take advantage of the aforementioned discounts, Verizon requires a credit or debit card.

The basic 15 GB plan starts at $45 per month and drops to $35 per month with AutoPay, and it includes a Mobile Hotspot as part of the plan allowance.

The Unlimited plan starts at $60 per month and costs $50 per month with AutoPay. This plan comes with a 5 GB Mobile Hotspot.

Meanwhile, the Unlimited Plus plan costs $70 per month and can be had for $60 per month with AutoPay. This strategy includes a number of exciting features.

Unlimited Plus includes a 5G Ultra Wideband connection only available in certain areas. On capable devices, this feature also includes 4K UHD streaming. The plan also includes a 50 GB premium network and a 25 GB premium Mobile Hotspot. Finally, Unlimited Plus includes Global Choice at no extra monthly charge for one country.
