A new standalone Apple classical music app is expected to arrive.
The tech giant manufacturer confirmed that it would launch this new application before 2022 ends.
But, Apple hasn't provided an exact release date schedule as of press time.
The arrival of the new classic application was also seen in the backend code used by the giant iPhone maker.
Twitter user @aaronp613 posted a screenshot of the leaked code.
"Looks like Apple is setting up Apple Music Classical in the backend now," said the tech enthusiast.
In the code, you will see that the "app.music.classical,app.musickkit" code was in the last string.
New Standalone Apple Classical Music App to Arrive!
According to MacRumors' latest report, the new Apple Music Classical will use the so-called Primephonic.
Apple purchased this classical music service back in 2021.
During that period, the iPhone maker said the Primephonic acquisition would allow it to offer an improved classical music experience for Apple Music subscribers.
The tech giant manufacturer added that it would release a dedicated classical music app around 2022.
Apple further stated that this new application would combine Primephonic's classical user interface with newly added features, as reported GadgetsNow.
As of writing, Apple hasn't shared the classical music app's specific functions.
On the other hand, since the iOS 16.1 beta didn't mention its arrival, many experts concluded that the gadget maker would include the new application in future iOS 16 versions.
Other Things to Expect From Apple
Aside from the new classical music app, there are also other things that you can expect from Apple before 2022 ends, especially in October.
One of these is the upcoming iPhone 14 Plus, which is expected to be released on Oct. 7. On the other hand, the new iOS 16.1 might also arrive before 2022 ends.
