T-Mobile Customers Complain That The Carrier's Site Won't Let Them Preorder New iPhone 14

Several T-Mobile customers said that they were not able to preorder the iPhone 14. The customers tried to preorder off of the carrier's site, where the iPhone14 series are listed as available.

Preorder of iPhone 14 on T-Mobile

According to Apple Insider, the tech giant began taking preorders for the iPhone 14 range at 8 AM Eastern Standard Time on Friday, Sept. 9.

On the same day, T-Mobile also began taking orders. However, it did not go as smoothly as expected. A lot of users have been calling out T-Mobile on Twitter about the same issue.

In each case, the carrier's representative asks the customers to move the conversation over to DMs, so it is not possible to see if any of the issues about ordering the iPhone 14 was resolved, according to Business Wire.

T-Mobile has acknowledged the issue and said that due to the high demand for iPhone 14, the site is experiencing some technical challenges completing transactions.

T-Mobile revealed that its teams are urgently working on the issue.

Separately, iPhone preorders made through Apple Online or Apple Store began to see shipping delays. The 512GB iPhone 14 Pro Max was the first to be back-ordered, and it slipped back a week just 10 minutes after preorders started.

Other Carriers on iPhone 14 Preorder

For Verizon customers, the carrier is setting the pace by delivering a great offer. Those who are switching to Verizon will score you up to $1,000 in savings when trading in a smartphone for an iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro Max.

You will also have to activate a new Unlimited plan, and the carrier is also throwing in a $200 eGift card to help you make the switch from other plans, according to 9to5Mac.

Meanwhile, those who have an existing plan with Verizon, will be able to score upward of $800 with a trade-in. The savings will be applied over the 24-month or 36-month contract as bill credits for the monthly payments.

For AT&T customers, you can preorder iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro Max as well. The carrier is offering the same savings whether you are a new or existing customer.

For the flagship handset, you will pay only $99 when trading in a device because you can get up to $1,000 credits from the carrier. The credits are applied across deductions each month on your bill.

You will need to sign up for one of the carrier's Unlimited plans in order to get the savings offered by the carrier, though AT&T is one of the more enticing offers for those who have signed up for the carrier, thanks to not locking added savings behind switching.

For Xfinity Mobile customers, you don't have to trade in a device just to be able to get the new iPhone 14 Pro Max. You can still get the new iPhone for $400 off.

You just need to port over an existing number, and you can enjoy your new Apple device.

For Red Pocket Mobile, you can save up to $100 when you get the iPhone 14 Pro Max, with an extra $200 in saving applying after the fact.

After three months of having autopay enabled on your Red Pocket Mobile account, you will be credited a $200 rebate. Both new and existing customers can avail of the promotion.
