'Fortnite' to Release a Season 2 Mech-Showdown Event
It's been a while since "Fortnite" has hosted a live event, but now, the game is releasing its Season 2 mech-showdown event called Collision. According to the story by Forbes, there could be a collision happening between both The Seven and the Imagined Order.
The Mecha Team Leader is no stranger to the game since back in Chapter 1, Season 9, there was a live event that saw them battling monsters. The article clarified that the Mecha Team Leader didn't die but was only damaged during the event.
'Collision' Event to See the Return of the Mecha Team Leader in Battle
Collision is expected to see the return of the Mecha Team Leader in battle "Voltron-style." According to Forbes, there could be four different skins, each with different colors, indicating that players might have to join groups of four and play through their mechs.
As per the official "Fortnite" Season 2: Collision trailer, the four skins are yellow, purple, green, and red. These mecha could be available to players as they join a high-tech battle with machines against other machines.
Players Could Get a Free Music Pack When Logging in After 8 AM
One comment on the trailer reminded players that if they log in anytime after 8:00 A.M. on Saturday, they will be entitled to a free music pack as well as a new loading screen. The comment, however, did not confirm that the music in the trailer was what players would get.
