A new AI identifies the human race by relying only on X-ray and CT (computerized tomography) scans or images.
But, how can this artificial intelligence system do this if the scans it uses only show the bones and tissues of a patient?
For some individuals, this medical feat is quite impossible since you can't tell if a human is American or Asian without seeing their actual appearance.
But, experts said that the new AI could actually achieve this. To make it more exciting, they added that it has 90% accuracy.
New AI Identifies Human Race Through X-Ray, CT Images?
According to IFL Science's latest report, the new artificial intelligence can identify race in a way that medical scientists can't.

Although this is an amazing capability, experts explained that the new AI shows that health experts should be careful when implementing machine learning and artificial intelligence into their work.
They added that people could actually know your race without your consent with this new AI.
"When my graduate students showed me some of the results that were in this paper, I actually thought it must be a mistake," stated Marzyeh Ghaessemi, an MIT assistant professor of electrical engineering and computer science.
After observing the findings, he even thought that his students were "crazy." If you want to see further details about this new human race-identifying AI, you can visit this link.
Other New Health-Based AIs
Aside from the new AI that identifies the human race, News Medical Life Sciences reported that there is also another artificial intelligence that can be used to help patients.
This new AI tool is designed to identify if a human will have a heart attack. As of writing, this new machine learning system is still under development. You can check this link to see more details about this AI system.
On the other hand, some experts claim that the U.S. can regulate AIs.
Meanwhile, a new cardiac arrest-detecting AI was revealed, claiming that it can reduce death cases linked to health complications.
