Daniels joins Credly from IBM, where he was responsible for the development, sustained business strategy, and operational management of the IBM Digital Badge Program. The unified credential initiative is recognized globally for its award-winning approach to driving essential IT skills in the marketplace. This distinction speaks to Daniels' digital credential program design, deployment, and management expertise.

A teaching fellow at Harvard University Graduate School of Education, Sievers is a frequent author and speaker on credentials and the future of learning and work.
