Elon Musk spoke up regarding his opinions on the recent GoFundMe issue that involved the refund of the Canadian Convoy campaign that canceled its online petition. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO said that he is pro-vaccination but is against the vaccine mandate made by the country, thereby supporting the convoy of trucks in the Great White North.
Elon Musk: Pro Vaccination but Against Vaccine Mandate
A tweet by tech CEO Elon Musk said that he believes in the vaccines against COVID-19 and that it works, but the catch to it is that he is against the mandate to the general public. It may sound contradicting at first but it shows how a person can both believe in the vaccine but also oppose its requirement that goes against people's beliefs.
The CEO said this after initially dropping his opinions regarding the recent GoFundMe issue where he supported the Canadian Convoy that truckers in Northern America have made a statement.
The Freedom Convoy aimed to use their trucks to make their voices heard, and this is to stop the vaccine mandate in its country as it is under review from its officials.

Musk Supports Canadian Convoy in GoFundMe Issue
The recent dispute centers around the Canadian Convoy having its GoFundMe petition blocked by the company and its funds getting a refund to the page that started it. GoFundMe said in a tweet that it is in the process of the refund to all donors and no one needs to submit a request for this to happen.
Many are criticizing GoFundMe for its actions in shutting down the petition for the Canadian Convoy that started from its supporters.
Elon Musk, Vaccines, and COVID-19
The tech CEO and billionaire had a COVID-19 positive infection which he experienced before the availability of vaccines in late 2020. Since then, Musk campaigned for getting vaccinated and praised the efforts of companies including Moderna and CureVac for their work regarding the immunization shots it aims to present to the world.
Musk also said before that he believes that vaccines work. The CEO then proceeded to say the brands he trusted the most and it including Johnson & Johnson's, Pfizer & BioNTech, and Moderna.
The eccentric billionaire also said that if getting allergic reactions after vaccination, an EpiPen would work and help a person recover from its effects.
COVID-19 is a virus that long affects the world with its life-threatening infection that could lead to death if not attended to or having no immunization against it. Musk experienced this first-hand and has been telling the world to get vaccinated since its availability.
Nevertheless, the CEO affirmed his beliefs that said he is pro-vaccination but is against its requirement for all citizens in the US.
