"Monster Hunter Rise" finally teased the first look of its new Almudron gear. The Twitter post also includes Palico and Palamute gears.
One of the most important elements that help the progression of "Monster Hunter Rise" is its gears, which players can acquire through crafting after they defeated a new monster. Game Rant reported that fans already have their fulfillment just by defeating different monster bosses.
However, crafting a new weapon or some new armor from their bodies improves the players' gaming experience in the "Monster Hunter" series. And now, the game released another gear that is based on the latest leviathan monster Almudron, which was revealed in the latest trailer of "Monster Hunter Rise."
This monster is very different from Mizutsune, a bubble fox leviathan that uses bubbles to attack enemy players. Almudron is a sea monster that uses mud to damage the players that try to defeat it.
Almudron gear's first look
This new gear was first leaked by Twitter account @monsterhunter.
"Suit up for action with this sleek Almudron gear! #MHRise" said the game leaker via its official Twitter account.
The latest tweet was able to generate more than 500 quotes retweets, 12,000 likes, and 2,000 retweets.
"Please give the female hunter a few armor sets with full helmets and no thigh windows, please, pretty please - sometimes you want to feel like a killer tank, y'know?," replied a "Monster Hunter Rise" fan.
The leaked video revealed that the new gear has hammer-shaped like a wheel or a tire. However, the gear is somewhat different from the original look of Almudron since it is based on an oil aesthetic instead of a mud aesthetic.
On the other hand, it also has a similar color scheme and animal-like design to the Sytigian Zinogre gear and has almost a Power Rangers aesthetic like the Brachydios gear.
