The Japanese gaming and entertainment conglomerate, Sony, releases the latest gaming console under the PlayStation family, the PlayStation 5 with both the digital version and standard disc. The North American region is one of the first to receive its next-generation console along with home country Japan.

PlayStation 5: Initial Releases are Met with Major Issues
Despite the many issues that surround the PlayStation 5 during its initial reactions, gamers are excited upon receipt of the new console. Several issues include the delayed shipping of several orders in the country, particularly from the retailers who distributed the PS5.
Another issue that surrounds the PS5 is the major storage glitch that even led to the "death" of YouTuber ACG's console when troubleshooting and fixing with Sony. This reason enough provides a major scare for the PS5's community which are just getting their hands on the console.
Gamers are now showcasing their newly bought or received consoles from Sony and are posting it on Reddit's r/gaming community which holds the largest user base that centers on gaming. Here, players are lining up a nostalgic sight that pools together the previous releases of the PlayStation.
