Nintendo Switch revives "Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and The Blade of Light," a Japan-exclusive 90s game. Now, the popular game series will be released to the west for the first time ever.
Forbes reported that "Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and The Blade of Light" was never available in the United States. Nintendo's new sales strategy with Nintendo Switch focuses on releasing old and new games, but only for a limited time.
This means that "Fire Emblem" might also have only a short period of availability outside Japan. The game is arriving exclusively on the Switch eShop on Dec. 4.
You can purchase this simple game for only $5.99. What's great about "Fire Emblem" is that it only requires 30MB of free space.
Once you buy the nostalgic game, Nintendo Life reported that you'll have the chance to enjoy its 25 chapters and choose from more than 50 playable characters.

The Famicom game classic will give you a nostalgic experience as you play Marth, the main character. "Fire Emblem" will have you recruit some of the most beloved characters in their 8-bit glory as you play through all 25 chapters.

Caeda
She's a Pegasus Knight and uses lances and swords as weapons.
Gharnef
Gharnef's is a Bishop class character who uses staves and tomes as weapons.
Medeus
This scary old man is a Manakete type who uses stones as weapons.
Minerva
Minerva is a Wyvern Knight. She uses lances and swords as weapons, just like Caeda.
