Samsung Galaxy S8, LG G6 Appear Together In Leaked Case Renders

Right before the release of an upcoming smartphone, all OEMs distribute diagrams of the handset to the desired case makers to ensure that there is a sufficient quantity of covers available in the market after the launch.

Samsung and LG, who are both ready to launch their flagships, have also started arranging for the covers as yet again images showing case renders of both the smartphones have leaked.

The leaked image has been shared by famous tipster Evan Blass on Twitter, which shows off two device likely to be the LG G6 and Samsung Galaxy 8 complete with their cases. The cases in the leaked pictures are transparent thus allowing the models to be seen from all angles.

The image shows the silver variant of Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6. The front and back side of the both the models are visible in the leaked image.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Speculated Features

Per the leaked images of the Samsung Galaxy S8, the fingerprint scanner is seen to be placed in an odd location, just beside the rear camera on the right hand side of the back panel. The unusual positioning of the fingerprint scanner may present users with some difficulty to reach it, even if they have long fingers.

The leaked image also shows that the Samsung Galaxy S8 features an iris scanner placed at the front of the device, thus ensuring both high security and also an alternative option for the fingerprint scanner.

Earlier rumors pertaining tothe Samsung Galaxy S8 suggested that the handset may come with a high screen screen-to-body ratio, as well as that the device may discontinue the home button. The leaked images by Blass confirm those rumors.

In the leaked pictures, one can notice the LED flash just beside the main camera on the left hand side of the back panel.

LG G6 Speculated Features

In case of LG G6, the leaked images shared on Twitter shows that the smartphone features a dual rear camera along with a dual-LED flash light.

The silver colored upcoming flagship of LG sports a fingerprint sensor, which is better placed compared to the Samsung Galaxy 8. The sensor is embedded on the back of the handset, right below the main rear camera.

The leaked images shows that the LG G6 will come pre-loaded with a newly redesigned LG UX, which will feature some major visual upgradations. Per the leaked images, the "Always-on Display" feature seems to have been incorporated in the LG G6 as well.

Release Of The Two Flagship Devices

LG G6 is all geared up for the an MWC debut on Feb. 26, whereas the Galaxy S8 smartphone is expected to be launched in March at separate event in New York.
