Just when you thought Nintendo might be all finished revealing new pocket monsters for the upcoming Pokémon Sun & Moon, it reveals eight more.
The previously revealed Type: Null is found to have an evolved form called Silvally, which itself comes with numerous different abilities and appearances based on what items it's holding. The miniature dragon Jangmo-o's two evolved forms have been revealed as well. First Jangmo-o morphs into Hakamo-o before finally evolving into the fearsome dragon/fighting type Kommo-o.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg. The grass type Bounsweet is shown to evolve first into Steenee and then into Tsareena, which sports the unique move "Trop Kick." Ribombee is a new fairy/bug type players will be able to add to their team as well.
Last and certainly not least are two new Alola regional variants for Muk and Grimer. Sure, Muk and Grimer aren't the most popular Pokémon in existence. They are kind of gross-looking and not all that appealing. Their new Alola forms, however, make them a little more interesting.
Grimer sports a green and yellow look, while Muk's appearance is a striped combination of yellow, green, blue and pink. It's not much, but it definitely beats the character's normal purple color. Muk and Grimer join an ever-growing list of original pocket monsters that are getting new Alola forms, which includes the likes of Rattata, Vulpix, Sandshrew, Exeggutor and many more.
The game's latest trailer also reveals two new trainers players will be coming up against. Olivia is described as the "kahuna of Akala Island" who uses rock-type Pokémon while Ilima is a trial captain specializing in normal-type Pokémon. You can watch the latest trailer below.
In other Pokémon Sun & Moon news, Nintendo also recently revealed the second forms of the game's three starter Pokémon Litten, Rowlet and Popplio. You can read more about that here, though fans are still waiting to see the final forms of each creature. If, however, you can't wait any longer, a leak may have already shown what Litten, Rowlet and Popplio's final evolutions look like. Check them out here, if you don't care about having the surprise spoiled.
Pokémon Sun & Moon releases for the Nintendo 3DS on Nov. 18.
