There is nothing more terrifying than putting on a scary movie while spending a summer vacation in some creepy cabin in the woods. Of course, while horror fans have seen Friday the 13th a million times, they might be looking for some other classic or never-before-seen flick to get their hearts racing.
That's where Shudder, the streaming service specifically for the horror genre, comes in.
No matter how you are spending the rest of the summer, true fans of all things slasher and spooky will want to check out the new titles being added to the platform. These include Stephen King's Maximum Overdrive starring Emilio Estevez, and American Psycho starring Christian Bale, as well as its sequel.
Along with being able to stream The Grudge and The Grudge 2, subscribers can also check out the Japanese horror films Ju-on: The Curse and Ju-on: The Curse 2, both which have never been released in the U.S. before.
The 2015 British horror comedy Nina Forever is also premiering exclusively on the platform, as are other titles like Hostel, The Devil's Rejects and The Gate.
