Things are heating up right now, and it's not just the temperature. August brings with it even more sun, but it's the new titles that are being added to Showtime this month that will have viewers running inside to watch or stream from their screens.

If it's a movie you need to help kill the time during a road trip or to relax with on the couch, then make sure to tune in to the intense wartime drama Black Hawk Down or the creepy horror flick The Hills Have Eyes — just make sure this comes on after the camping trip. However, don't worry, it's always a good time to watch the best boxer on the big screen Rocky Balboa, which will premiere mid-month.

Showtime will also continue to air new episodes of the original series Ray Donovan and Roadies on Sundays nights, so make sure to catch up now in order to be on top of what's going on in these worlds.
