If you ever thought it might be super gnarly to hang out in the lair of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, here's your chance: Airbnb has put up a listing for the Turtles' hideout just in time for the premiere of their new movie, Out of the Shadows.
The apartment lies somewhere in Manhattan, but don't expect to get an address unless you actually get to stay there: it is a secret hideout, after all. But what's probably most impressive is that the rent is only $10 per night, making this rental even more amazing.
"Hey dudes!" the official Airbnb listing reads. "Looking for a dojo where you can practice your ninjitsu skills? Our secret lair in Manhattan is THE place to order up a pie, shoot some hoops & chill with your squad. Don't sweat the 10 bucks, we'll pay you back after you stay. Good times!"
The apartment also comes with all the essentials, including cable TV, heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, meaning that the lair can easily accommodate up to six people. Most importantly, though, the Turtles plan on throwing in free pizza delivery, too. But don't expect the Turtles to show up, because thanks to Out of the Shadows, they're busy.
"Crash here while we're busy fighting an evil rhinoceros and warthog hench-mutant," the listing reads. "This high-tech dojo is fully loaded ... a glow-in-the-dark basketball court, a retro arcade, more video games with a pretty sweet TV wall ... anything for hanging ninja-style."
Unfortunately, though, the Turtles pad is a kid-friendly joint: you can't bring in alcohol or drugs. Pets are also a no-no, which is pretty odd considering that the apartment belongs to a group of turtles in the first place. The listing also mentions that upstairs bedrooms are off-limits, so guests can't invite extra people to come over and crash.
This awesome pad, though, probably has a waiting list miles long, but it is officially available to fans, although for one-night stays only. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will also donate funds to PACER's National Bullying Prevention for every guest that stays, so it's not just good movie marketing, it's also for a good cause, too.

Cowabunga, dudes and dudettes! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows opens in theaters on June 3.
