On the German page of eBay, a White Touch Digitizer LCD Display Assembly for the Motorola Moto G4 appears to be on sale.
Users may purchase the part for $69 from a venture dubbed oneby_tech.
The seller is regarded highly by fellow eBay users, ranking a 99.3 percent score. This means that the source is reliable and offers exactly what it says, so the information seems solid.
The images from the auction site are backing previous leaks that shed light on what the fourth generation of Motorola's G models looks like. The official unveiling of the Moto G4 is scheduled for next week, so it is to be expected that leaks will keep pouring until then.
The Moto G4 is not the only device that will be announced, as insiders familiar with the matter claim that the Moto G4 Plus is also in tow. The improved model will have a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button.
Rumors about an improved security level for Motorola phones also came earlier this year from a Lenovo executive. The person affirmed that by 2016, all phones carrying the Motorola brand will come equipped with the security feature.
Another upgrade comes in the form of a 16-megapixel main camera that replaces the 13-megapixel rear snapper from the Moto G4.
Although eBay is an unlikely place for leaks, we welcome any tidbit of information we can get before the official launch of the Moto G4.
Late last week, additional leaks concerning the upcoming G4 and G4 Plus surfaced.
Motorola fans should know that the first variant carries 2 GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel selfies snapper and 16 GB of default space. The premium variant, the Moto G4 Plus, packs no less than 3 GB of RAM, the same 5-megapixel camera for selfies and videochats and 32 GB of standard storage.
In a tweeted leak users found out that Motorola will finally deploy NFC support in its latest devices.
We're looking forward to see what other leaks hit the media before the official release of Motorola's Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus, and you can count on us to keep you posted.
On May 17, Motorola will host a press event in Mexico and New Delhi to showcase the devices.
