Released on the very appropriate day of April 1, Snapchat's Suicide Squad-themed, Joker-inspired selfie filter allows users to laugh madly the way the infamous DC villain does. But who else can make the already-sinister filter more unsettling than the Joker actor himself, Jared Leto, who posted his own Joker snap on the day the filter came out.
However, since filming is over and fans are all just waiting for the film's release, Leto had a little bit more fun with his snap by introducing a new version of Gotham's Clown Prince of Crime: the bearded Joker. You decide: Is Leto channeling the Joker or has the Joker completely possessed Leto?

He followed up the tweet with a spoiler alert declaring his win over Gotham City's protector, Batman.
Although one of his offenses against Batman shown in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice made a cameo appearance - that specific costume with a very telling spray-painted message in Bruce Wayne's home - we highly doubt Leto or the bearded Joker was telling the truth. It was April Fool's Day, after all.
Then again, bearded or not, that snap is proof of Leto's massive dedication to his role, considering the actor went to the extremes just to be able to portray the character really well, even going as far as to send creepy and disturbing gifts to his own castmates.
After the Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman shed all the craziness from playing the Joker, Leto just wanted to express how grateful he is for the chance to play an iconic villain to a great superhero.
"You just knew you had to do something different. You had to make it your own. That happens all the time," he said. "It's a weighty thing to do. But it's exciting. The Joker is one of those roles ... And I think I'm just really grateful I had the opportunity."
